Juliane is originally from Hessen and is currently doing her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena. After her time as student research assistant in our group she spent half a year in Finland. Now, Juliane is back in our team to do her bachelor’s thesis with a focus on the characterization of ancient antimicrobial peptides.
In her spare time, you will find Juliane on the sports fields.
